1. About Us

Telenet Cloud Solutions Ltd is a telecommunications and network infrastructure company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is located in Mill Hill, London. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the terms set out below.


2. Services

Telenet Cloud Solutions provides business telephone systems, SIP trunk services, structured cabling, WiFi installation, CCTV systems, and IT support services. All services are subject to a separate service agreement or quote agreed upon between Telenet Cloud Solutions and the client prior to commencement of work.


3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated. Telenet Cloud Solutions reserves the right to amend pricing if the scope of work changes following the initial survey or assessment.


4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement or invoice. Standard payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Telenet Cloud Solutions reserves the right to suspend services where payment is overdue.


5. Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. If work has already commenced or materials have been ordered, cancellation charges may apply. Any costs already incurred by Telenet Cloud Solutions at the point of cancellation will be invoiced to the client.


6. Warranties & Guarantees

All installations are carried out by qualified engineers to a professional standard. Hardware and equipment warranties are subject to the terms of the relevant manufacturer. Labour warranties will be specified in your individual service agreement. Telenet Cloud Solutions does not accept liability for faults arising from misuse, third-party interference, or circumstances outside our control.


7. Liability

Telenet Cloud Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the contract in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by negligence.


8. Third-Party Products & Software

Some services may involve third-party hardware, software, or platforms. Telenet Cloud Solutions is not responsible for changes, outages, or issues caused by third-party providers. Any third-party product warranties or licences are subject to the terms of those respective providers.


9. PSTN Switch-Off

Telenet Cloud Solutions may provide guidance and recommendations in relation to the BT PSTN switch-off. While we endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date information, the client remains responsible for ensuring their communications infrastructure is compliant with regulatory deadlines. We accept no liability for losses arising from a client’s failure to act on recommendations provided.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Telenet Cloud Solutions website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Telenet Cloud Solutions Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.


11. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, store, and use your information.


12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


13. Changes to These Terms

Telenet Cloud Solutions reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
